The whole gamut of activities of DYFI revolves around 'Service To The Humanity'. By documenting the applicable skills, stating clearly what we are doing and capable of doing. Individual and group contributions have been maximised and effective use of institutions and resources have brought about desired results. The feedback of our own performance motivates us further: We are demonstratively upholding the the cause of humanity taking active part in rescue, relief and re-habilitation in case of almost every natural calamity. Someone somewhere is always working towards this end. We are always with the downtrodden, the rights for women, the backward/weaker sections of the society. It is our heartfelt intention and sense of value towards the integrity of the country which has led us to intervene and bring about peace in the states of Punjab, Assam and Darjeeling. We dedicate ourselves to literacy - the key to growth and development of any country. Our Activists and members Volunteerd in the literacy drive in Kerala and as a result it has emerged as the 100% literate state of our country. We also actively encourage sports and cultural activities. We take pride in declaring that the largest no of blood and eye donations come from our cadres. DYFI expresses solidarity for the PLO and firmly believes in Palestine becoming an independent State with Jerusalem as the capital.
